ALIPRO President and CEO – Deborah A. Lucas
Ms. Lucas has amassed over 30 years of direct project management
responsibility for NPI - New Product Introduction Programs and
Engineering Projects. As the founder of ALIPRO, she has developed
and successfully implemented ALIPRO’s trademark Project Management
Methodology and Project Management Training to OEMs and Fortune 500
Companies in the USA, the UK and Continental Europe.
Ms. Lucas has established ALIPRO as an innovative leader in the field
of Project Management, recognized for delivering improved return on
investment value for all of our clients. Her experience has been applied
extensively with large and small scale technology platforms spanning multiple
industries.

- OEM Manufacturing and Supplier base companies such as Caterpillar
Inc. (Int’l) Perkins Engines (UK), Ford (USA, UK and Europe), GM (USA) Vauxhall,
(UK) Opel (Europe) – providing Project Management for several NPI and Technology
Research Programs including Gas / Diesel Engines Research & Development, Alternative
Fuel Research & Development, Powertrain Systems Product Development, Metal Stamping &
Parts Assembly NPI Manufacturing Readiness & Process Improvement, Systems NPI & Project
Management Implementation
- Ford Motor Company (Int’l) - Served on Corporate Program Management Committee
as NPI process advisor, several vehicle programs (including 1st world vehicle
Contour/Mystic/Mondeo) developed & delivered Project Management Training Program for
European Operations (UK & Germany)
- Power Utility Industries such as Detroit Edison, Consumers Energy, Con
Edison – on projects relating to Production, Construction & Maintenance Management

ALIPRO Vice President – Jerrod L. Hock
Mr. Hock brings to ALIPRO over 10 years experience providing Project Management,
Business Management, and Engineering solutions to companies throughout the United
States and the United Kingdom. He has a solid background in Engineering – having been
awarded first place in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers national design
competition sponsored by the Boeing Company. Mr. Hock has hands on project practice in the
Insurance, IT, Manufacturing, and Education industries. He has played a crucial role in the
strategic development and recent expansion of ALIPRO’s client base. Mr. Hock’s skill at
applying Project Management along with his specific application of Financial modeling, has
created a successful business model for the deployment of ALIPRO’s Methodology to its clients.
