Typical Project Support Profile

ALIPRO supports client project delivery by performing the following leadership roles:

• Working with the project teams to develop comprehensive project plans that detail the key activities required to deliver the entire project work scope
• Co-ordinating project delivery by ‘walking the patch’, identifying and un-blocking project bottlenecks, and coaching the project team to deliver per the agreed project plan
• Reviewing and challenging the project progress by co-ordinating project plan updates and running project reviews
• Highlighting project issues by analyzing project execution and leading the project team to anticipate and communicate issues before they become problems
• Catalyzing the project team to recover project issues before they become problems
• Supporting the overall business goals of our client by identifying and sharing opportunities for improving project management practice across their business
