ALIPRO Professionals must possess the following skill sets:

• Strong leadership skills and work effectively in a team environment
• Experience using Primavera Project Enterprise or MS Project Server
• Have supported IT, Engineering or Manufacturing projects
• Proficiency in MS Office applications - especially Excel
• Can lead project control meetings and are comfortable consulting with senior managers

Our Project Management Professionals are routinely responsible for:

• Creating Project Charters, organizing kick-offs and running planning sessions
• Creating and maintaining master plans with accurate up-to-date activity level details
• Assigning manpower and material resources to project activities and troubleshooting their availability
• Assigning costs in project plans and forecasting cost-to-completion
• Analyzing the project delivery schedule and identifying activity logic issues and bottlenecks
• Generating project status reports, prepping for and facilitating project team meetings
