PDC Course Follow-Up

ALIPRO wants each of our course participants to succeed by immediately applying our training to improve their program delivery. We judge our success by how well participants implement the PDC practices taught during our course within their own program environment.

Our PDC training comes with the ALIPRO Three Step Follow-Up to ensure our participants are successful:

• We equip each participant with the tools they need to succeed.

  Each participant leaves the PDC training with the ALIPRO PDC Tool Box that contains the complete set of PDC templates used during the course. These templates are issued as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Project files and can readily be implemented by each participant to improve their own program delivery.

• We task each participant to use the PDC practices immediately on their own programs.

  During the PDC course each participant is tasked to identify and log PDC practices that would immediately improve their own program results. At the end of the course the course the PDC practices log is reviewed and each participant agrees to start implementing specific practices on their programs by an agreed date as their personal assignment from the course.

• We coach each participant to succeed.

  After the training our instructors follow-up with each participant to review how they have implemented their practices and to ensure these practices are being correctly implemented to benefit their programs.
